After BB10.3.3 update can’t backup with BB LInk
Phone synchs with Link but get error “Backup did not complete”
Restarted Leap and restarted PC. Uninstalled Desktop Software and downloaded & reinstalled. Still can’t backup.
AT&T is my carrier; OS software release 10.3.3.1435; Version 10.3.3.2163
Any help appreciated. Thanks
