Blackberry Passport: Can’t access Blackberry ID because I switched service provider

I switched wireless service provider several months ago and I totally forgot that my Blackberry ID is with there email that they provided to me a decade ago (I have been a long supporter of blackberry and still am).


Now that I want to update my BB10 OS to 10.3.3 on my Passport and Z10, I can’t anymore. Blackberry ID is now requesting to verify my email and I can’t verify that email, because my old wireless service provider closed down that email I had with them, even though I still have my home phone, tv and internet with them.


Now I’m more worried about my contact list. I can’t do any backups or access my phone through Blackberry Link.
