Blackberry Passport: Can’t connect to mobile networks

I experienced the passport getting locked on SOS (EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY). tried changing sim cards, used different network services provider, still the same.

I decided to visit my tiGO SHOP (Local services provider), they checked the sim card and suggested TO obtain new one. I did that. It only worked for a minute.

After a week, I called the customer services call center, talked to IT Guy, he suggested that the certificates were expired. He asked if this phone could be presented to their office. I did that, still the same problem. It keeps searching network and ends on SOS.

The area beneath sim card and memory card slot gets too hot, please suggest which route to go so to put this business lovely phone alive again.
