iOS BBM App stuck on “Setting Up BBM”
Yes i just bought a brand new iPhone 6. Updated iOS 9.1. Trying to install the BBM app from the iOS App store.
Entered a new email ID for setting up a new BBID. Trying to log in, but it just doesn’t go past the “Setting up” page.
Restarted the phone, deleted and reinstalled the BBM app. No avail.
So has BlackBerry pulled the plug on the BBM iOS app too?
Read 2 knowledge base articles which talk about steps to resolve such an issue. But clearly nothing has helped.
Can someone from the BBM team try creating a new BBID and installing the BBM iOS 9 app?
