Leap problem with BBID

Hallo dears, my ID doesn’t work. Once, is come password incorrect, I successful change it but it was still not working. I was for 15 minutes blocked, and after, I tried again, without success. I cancelled complete the I’D and and I made a new one. When I log in via my computer, it works properly, but if I try again with my telephone, no chance!! I all ways have the same login window, with the warning, that if I tip again the wrong password, I will be looked again for 15 minutes. My device is from Telekom. Maybe someone can help me!!! Sorry for my English!!
