Verizon Classic no voice service/not connecting to network
I have been without voice service for over a month. It was purchased used, and worked fine for over a month. The repair place says, the hardware is fine. Voice service stopped (Msg on out calling “Call Failed. The call could not be connected. Please try again later.), but text and data continued. Though when I put my son’s sim in, it’s hanging out in SOS, emergency only. My sim card works in other phones, but my son’s sim does not work in the Classic either. So this is clearly a BB issue. I have reset and reloaded it via BB Link. Is there a setting to change, or an update I should move forward with? This is so frustrating. I do not want to buy another phone. Please help!
